The recent relocation of their corporate headquarters to Atlanta provided Derucki with a chance to work with a collaborative team of architects, engineers, and owner’s rep to expedite the delivery of the office to meet aggressive time constraints. This project was delivered in 11 weeks from permit to 100% operational, while keeping within Doosan’s tight budget constraints.
