Project Details
Woodstock is a classic example of downtown rejuvenation that is sweeping cities all across America. With over 50,000 square feet of retail/restaurants, 10,000 square feet of offices, 125 townhouses, 62 single-family homes, and 74 loft units this project is a shining example for other cities to follow.This distinctive project includes converting a historic train depot into a restaurant, constructing underground parking, wood frame construction on top of a concrete podium, cantilevered balconies projected through wood trusses, structural steel shells, multiple building facades, custom built storefronts, undulating site details and multiple material types.
